As COVID-19 spreads we want to make responsible decisions which will protect those particularly vulnerable and help curtail its spread. We are aware that a number of schools trips overseas have been cancelled in the last week.
With the situation constantly changing regarding Coronavirus we are taking our advice from Public Health England, other relevant government departments and the Boarding Schools Association. In line with current guidelines, and in line with a number of schools and other organisations running UK based courses, we intend to run our Easter Revision events. Should there be any change to this we will of course inform all those due to attend as soon as possible. We are reviewing all our policies, procedures and facilities to ensure that we can provide the best possible care whilst at the Revision Week.
We will be asking those who have booked to attend our Easter holidays to refrain from coming if you have travelled from or transited through any of the restricted areas in the 14 days prior to the holiday starting and if you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 to follow government guidelines.
In line with our published Terms and Conditions, should we be required to cancel the event we would be willing to return fees already paid. We will keep information on the website updated regularly and please do contact the appropriate Camp Group office with any further questions or concerns.
