Giving to the Titus Trust

The Titus Trust is a registered charity (charity no. 1066751) and is heavily dependent upon financial donations from its supporters.

How can you make a donation to the Titus Trust?

If possible, please become a regular and tax-efficient giver to the Trust, by completing both a standing order form and a Gift Aid form -
Click here for the forms: Standing order and Gift Aid (pdf files)

These are some of the great, simple ways in which you can support the Trust's work financially:

  • Make an electronic donation - just click on the link below and search for "Titus Trust". www.givenow.org

  • Make an online donation using your CAF charitycard - www.allaboutgiving.org

  • Send a donation by cheque or charity voucher payable to "The Titus Trust" to The Titus Trust, 10 Deepdale, Wimbledon, London SW19 5EZ.

  • Set up a Standing Order - just click here for a form, print and complete it and post it to us.

  • If your employer operates a payroll giving scheme, please join the scheme in order to make regular tax-efficient donations to the Trust.

  • If you own shares, then please consider donating shares to the Trust. By doing so, you can enjoy substantial income tax benefits - at your higher rate.

  • Whilst you are drafting your will, please consider including a gift to the Titus Trust.

If you are a tax-payer, please complete a Gift Aid Declaration and send it to us so that we are able to reclaim the tax on your donation.

Why should you make donations to the Trust?

Over the last few years, the cost of continuing this vital schools' work has been rapidly increasing. In particular, providing high quality, fun and safe holidays for children is becoming more expensive every year. Although most of the children that attend Trust holidays pay a fee towards the cost of their holiday, these fees are deliberately set at a relatively low level and are never sufficient to cover the overall cost to the Trust of the holidays.

As all of the Trust's income from the "holiday fees" received from the children has to be used by the Trust in order to pay some of the costs of providing the holidays (e.g. rent of venues and the activities), the Trust has to rely on donations from its supporters to meet the remaining holiday costs and also to cover the costs of employing the Trust's staff. The Trustees are also eager to expand the Trust's work and to be able to work with a growing number of children and schools. As a result, the Trustees would like to be able to employ additional staff which will further add to the Trust's costs.
